If we are unable to make a delivery, we will leave a card offering a choice of re-delivery and collection methods.

Our personal POD (proof of delivery) system ensures that by telephoning MNL, our customer services will give all the information you require. We can also phone or send a text message immediately after the parcel has been delivered for your piece of mind. The prices given include no hidden extras.
